Precautions:

1. If a non-company’s trachea product is used, it may cause leakage or abnormal connection and disassembly due to the tolerance of the trachea. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the outer diameter conforms to the tolerance allowable size.

2. Please check to see if the end face of the trachea is cut at right angles. If there is any damage or scratch outside the trachea, insert it into the end to ensure the seal.

3. When disassembling the air pipe, check that the pressure in the air pipe is zero.

 

Connection pipe precautions:

(1) Make sure that the cut surface of the pipe is vertical, there is no damage on the outer circumference of the pipe and the pipe is not oval.

(2) When inserting the pipe, it must be inserted into the bottom of the joint. If the pipe is not inserted, it may cause air leakage.

(3) After the pipe is installed, pull the pipe to confirm that the pipe cannot be pulled out.

Precautions when removing the joint:

(4) Use a suitable tool to remove the pipe joint using the outer hexagon of the pipe joint.

(5) It is necessary to remove the sealing material adhered to the opposite side of the pipe joint. Otherwise the adhered sealing material may enter the peripheral components, causing malfunction.

A coupling is a device that connects two shafts together. It transmits power from one to the other and is used to join rotating equipment.
